The use of our Trademarks or Branding without any prior consent is not allowed.
Where customers voluntarily submit:
Reviews, Testimonials, Photographs, Videos, Social Media Posts, Styling Images and tag or submit them to UrbanSivyati, the customer grants UrbanSivyati a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use such content for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes.
Customers retain ownership of their original content.
If you do not wish your content to be used, you may contact us and request its removal, subject to operational feasibility.
Where third-party trademarks, logos or content appear on our website, they remain the property of their respective owners and are used only with permission or where otherwise permitted by law.

Artisanal and Handmade Product Disclaimer:
At UrbanSivyati, every garment is thoughtfully designed to celebrate India's rich textile heritage while embracing contemporary silhouettes for everyday comfort.
Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques such as hand block printing, artisan stitching and natural dyeing. Because of the handcrafted nature of these products, every piece carries its own individual character.
Variations in print, alignment, color-bleeding, or dye intensity are natural characteristics of hand-block printing and vegetable dyes, not manufacturing defects.
Fabric Dyes or Natural dyes may release excess color during initial washes. We advise following the specific care instructions on the product label. UrbanSivyati holds no liability for fabric damage caused by non-compliance with wash care guidelines. Indigo or mud-resist may bleed slightly during a first few wash.
UrbanSivyati stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our fabrics and designs. While we meticulously capture and display true-to-life product colors, actual fabric shades may appear slightly different from digital images due to screen brightening and display, minor variations are standard in digital retail and do not constitute a defect.
All garments are measured with reasonable care.However, because cutting, stitching and finishing involve manual processes, a tolerance of approximately ±1–2 cm may occur.Customers are encouraged to refer to the size chart before placing an order.
While we endeavour to use quality fabrics and dyes, customers with known allergies or skin sensitivities should review the fabric composition carefully before purchase. UrbanSivyati cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual.
Pricing, Payment and Taxing:
All the prices listed on the website is in INR (Indian National Rupees), the shipping and tax will always be calculated at the time of checkout.
UrbanSivyati reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders in case of stock unavailability , pricing glitches, fraud , or address unserviceability.
Prices and Promotional Discount are subject to modification at any time without any prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery:
UrbanSivyati delivers and ships across India, however estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on shipping delays, natural disasters, or any logistics challenge or disruptions which are beyond UrbanSivyati direct control.
Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Additional re-routing fees caused by incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation:
At UrbanSivyati, we understand that plans can change after an order is placed. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be cancelled by the customer or by UrbanSivyati. As our products are carefully processed, quality-checked, and packed shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting our Customer Support Team through the contact details provided on our website.

While we will make every reasonable effort to process cancellation requests received before dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered the packaging or dispatch process.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled. Customers who no longer wish to retain the product after dispatch may refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, subject to the eligibility conditions set out therein.
UrbanSivyati reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch under circumstances including, but not limited to:

Where an order is cancelled by UrbanSivyati after payment has been successfully received, the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with this Policy.
Exchange and Return:
We at UrbanSivyati are proud and strive to deliver the best to you. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can request an exchange within 3 days of the delivery.
Where a cancellation request is approved before dispatch: The full amount paid by the customer, including applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any), will be refunded.
Refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase or through store credits on sole discretion of the customer. If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot be credited for technical reasons, UrbanSivyati may process the refund through an alternative method after appropriate verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee. However, repeated placement and cancellation of COD orders, or repeated refusal to accept COD deliveries, may result in:
Restriction or withdrawal of the Cash on Delivery facility.
Requirement for prepaid orders for future purchases.
Temporary suspension of the customer's account, where misuse is reasonably suspected.
Orders placed using Store Credit or Gift Cards shall be refunded only as Store Credit, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Store Credit: cannot be exchanged for cash; is non-transferable; and shall remain valid for the period specified at the time of issue.
UrbanSivyati reserves the right to decline cancellation requests or suspend customer accounts where there is reasonable evidence of:

repeated abusive cancellations;

chargeback abuse;

suspicious purchasing patterns.
Such actions shall always be taken in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellation terms for bulk purchases, institutional orders or corporate orders may differ from this Policy and shall be governed by the specific agreement entered into with the customer.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration:
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Website, the purchase of products, or these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions and good-faith negotiations. Such efforts shall continue for a period of thirty (30) days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within the aforesaid period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. In the event the parties fail to mutually appoint an arbitrator, the appointment shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Faridabad, Haryana, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Subject to the foregoing arbitration provisions, the courts having jurisdiction over Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction in matters where judicial intervention is required under applicable law.

We use secured payment gateways and encryption to ensure protection of your information. However, we don’t guarantee complete security in online communications.
Liability Limitation
UrbanSivyati is not liable for any damages whatsoever which may be direct, indirect, or incidental from the use of our website or services.
Any Terms and Conditions can be updated with the latest version always present on the website. Continuation use of our services after the updates constitutes complete acceptance of the updated Terms by You.
