Return & Exchange Window:

• In case of Exchange, the customer has to pay INR 150 (non-refundable) for pickup of the previous product and delivery of the new one. This price is applicable only for exchanges and not on defective or incomplete delivery.
• Items can be returned or exchanged only if the request is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests raised after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Unused & Unwashed: Item should be unworn and unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, brand label and packaging material should be intact.
• Order confirmation, or the invoice, is required.

Exchange Process:

• Exchange orders are placed once the return is picked up and confirmed.
• As we have limited availability, your item for exchange may not be available. In such cases, our team will contact you with the best available alternative options.

How to Initiate an Exchange/Return Request:

• Visit our website or contact us at urbansivyati@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and photos of the item (if defective/damaged).
• Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours.
• Once approved, the reverse pickup will be arranged.
• If the reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you may self-ship to our address.
